2 CAPRA Carcase derived from female or castrate male caprine that has one but no more than two permanent incisor teeth. Castrate males has no evidence of Secondary Sexual Characteristics (SSC).
3 DOE Carcase derived from female caprine that has up to 8 permanent incisor teeth.
4 GOAT WETHER Carcase derived from castrate or entire male caprine that has up to 8 permanent incisor teeth and has no evidence of Secondary Sexual Characteristics (SSC).
5 BUCK Carcase derived from male caprine that has up to 8 permanent incisor teeth and shows no Secondary Sexual Characteristics (SSC).
